We spent the morning of the 4th at Camp Winshape with the kiddos then came home for some hang out time and prepped our picnic dinner. This year we went back to Brier Creek for the fireworks but parked in a different area which worked SO much better!
When we first pulled up we pulled out the baseball bats and got a fun game going!

I looked across the field and asked Cailey if Caroline Phoenix was there b/c I couldn't tell but Cailey was able to see better and sure enough they had just arrived! SO fun that we were on a random street corner and friends showed up! Cailey and I took turns (aka fought over) feeding sweet baby boy.
